Meet Erin Gray, LMHC
Helping others find their path to healing and growth is truly rewarding. I’m passionate about guiding my clients through life’s challenges and seeing them gain confidence, insight, and resilience along the way.
Meet Erin Gray, LMHC /Online Therapy for Women
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida with over a decade of clinical experience. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
In addition, I bring over 20 years of nonprofit experience which has shaped my understanding of community and individual support.
Therapy Approach: CBT, Humanistic and Mindfulness
My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy and Mindfulness Based approaches to help women build healthier coping strategies and reconnect with themselves.
I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership, where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Areas of Focus: Anxiety,Depression, and Women Issues
I work primarily with women navigating:
Anxiety and stress management
Depression and low motivation
Trauma and life transitions
Grief and loss
Chronic Illness and health related challenges
Relationship and self esteem concerns
Life Beyond Therapy: Gardening, Family & Mindfulness
Outside of my practice, I love spending time outdoors. Gardening is one of my passions- I find it both grounding and restorative and I often draw inspiration from the mindfulness that comes with being in nature.
I also enjoy hiking, reading, art, spending time with my family and pets.
These practices keep me balanced and remind me of the importance of nurturing growth, both in the garden and in life.
Podcasting Journey
I’m also the co-host of the Wicked Psychotherapists podcast, where I explore the psychological layers of characters in movies and shows, offering insights through a mental health lens. It’s a creative way to spark conversations about therapy and resilience in an approachable, relatable format. You can find the podcast wherever you listen to podcasts, with new episodes released weekly.
